 to join! More than Ingredients  This workshop is more than just cooking. 
 The experts from the Erasmus Food Lab will answer all your questions abou
 t nutrients\, sustainable food choices\, and how to make plant-based meals
  that are not only good for you but also for the planet. Beyond the Kitche
 n Explore the campus garden and learn about sustainable gardening practi
 ces. Discover the satisfaction of growing your own ingredients and gain in
 sights into making eco-conscious choices in your everyday life.  While th
 e 'cooking' team will prepare a plant-powered meal in the kitchen\, the '
 gardening' team will delve into gardening adventures and handpick ingredi
 ents for the meal in the campus' garden. The ticket includes the cooking/g
 ardening workshop\, dinner\, and drinks. Location The Erasmus Food Lab aim
